Stress Kickers have created an exercise program adapted from a broad field of martial arts training that will help you to get fit, relax, remove tension and beat stress.
Our cardio workout is a mix of boxing, martial arts and aerobics.

Cardio Combat classes are for adults only. You wear regular workout clothes, there's no uniforms, no physical contact, and there's no experience necessary!
